Switching customers to a higher rate plan without their permission failed last time so maybe this is the backup plan for that. I thought my legacy T-Mobile plan was one of those “guaranteed for the life of the plan” rates. Guess I’m wrong.

IMO, we boomers who talk about doing it the hard way when we were young also need to think about how much cheaper it was for us to pay for college, find a decent job with good benefits and manage the cost of living in general. And a lot of us (but not all) had a full time parent at home to care for and guide us when we were young. I look at my kids and think I had it easier than they do now.

Trump is the GOAT troll. The more attention he gets, the bigger he gets. Same for all of the lesser trolls here and elsewhere. Responding to them saps your energy and feeds theirs. IMO, trolling is a deliberate strategy employed by bad actors to demoralize their opponents. My advice: don’t let them.

Dressing in layers can also be a good strategy for regulating body temperature. You can add or subtract as you prefer and warm air is trapped between layers if they aren’t too tight. Of course, this applies to all ages, not just older people.

We have two indoor cameras and a ring doorbell. However, we only pay for the doorbell to record video. What are the things that I like the best about our set up is that I can remotely check all three cameras at any time and be assured that everything is fine at home. This gives me peace of mind when we’re out of town.

I had some paper bonds to cash about a year ago and had a hard time finding a bank that would accept them. Finally had to open a new account with a small bank just so I could convert them. Closed account shortly afterwards.
