Has anyone ever used the Costco located in Sunset Park in Brooklyn? It's accessible via the D/M/N/R trains and some busses. I live on the L train in Bushwick, Brooklyn can transfer at Union Square easily. I've been thinking of getting a membership there but just want to know of anybody's experiences. These are private loans, not federal, so they work completely differently {and unfortunately}. Private loans are pretty much the same thing as consumer debt and I need to address it kind of the same way in terms of consolidation. >>damn! 9.25% on an education loan? I'm not sure I'm paying more than 4%. My federal loans are only 3.725% that's why I'm not worried about those at all.

The extremely high interest rate and that I can't get a handle on their interest charges. Even if I pay early, as in a week after I get the bill, 80% of the amount paid still goes to interest, instead of a little bit more of it going to principal. I'm really tired of dealing with them. Thanks Steve O. Those were incredibly helpful. In the case of addressing marketing, purpose, and demographic {Prospect Profile}, I thought those were addressed in #1, #3, & #8. I will probably rephrase them to fall more in line with your suggestions. BW, yes, #12 is for me to determine or for more advanced clients to understand. Hey all. I posted this in the "other" forum and got only one response, then remembered/got hip to this one. I love the old format better! Hopefully more people will respond here. Anyways... I'm in the process of creating a client/project survey to give to clients. Right now I'm focusing on web and html/text email blasts. Does anyone have any good references to this stuff already?
