Quotemattkime QuoteMarkintosh IT constanstantly finds our son's Sonos soundbar. It's located in the ADU on a separate wifi network (but off of the same router). So adjusting deeper sound setting is a crapshoot. Seems like it might be possible to fix that. Depends on the router. You need to either enable network seperation, VLANs, or disable cross device traffic between networks. Many routersby C(-)ris - Tips and Deals
I'm waiting for the RAM EV with the motor that powers a generator to charge the battery. I'm confident that is going to be the winner of the truck EV catagory for the next 5 years.by C(-)ris - Tips and Deals

QuotepRICE cUBE Anecdotally, my typical sports/action images that were affected by artificial turf heat waves took the M1 40-90 seconds to process in Topaz. The M3 Pro cranks these out between 5-15 seconds. That is a thing? Never heard of it, do the players feel that heat?by C(-)ris - Tips and Deals
My parents bought an Apple Gift card for our daughter so that she could subscribe to an app for a year. The gift card more than covers the 1 year subscription. I'm trying to setup the subscription but all it is asking for is a credit card and it does not give an option to either use loaded funds or to use a gift card. Am I missing something? If I'm not and a credit card is in fact requiredby C(-)ris - Tips and Deals
Quotemacphanatic QuoteC(-)ris The battery for my Bolt is listed at $16k-$18k. That being said, that only comes in to play when the vehicle is damaged (Insurance will pay for it) or if it has an issue under warranty (warranty will pay for it). If neither of those situations apply you wouldn't be taking it to a dealership to do battery work as all they do is swaps with new parts. You would beby C(-)ris - Tips and Deals

QuoteKen Sp. United has a policy to try seat families together with young children, This should be required by law. OR it should be required by law that if families are traveling with young children that they be required to purchase assigned seats so that at least 1 adult is in each row with a child. It is ridiculous to put other passengers in the situation of having to accommodate parentby C(-)ris - Tips and Deals

Quoteztirffritz Release candidate vehicle without rescue points installed, with non-functioning AWD software, on street tires, off-road where it shouldn’t have been. Clearly the driver wasn’t versed in off-roading. I don't think anyone well versed in off-roading would ever be caught dead in one of those.by C(-)ris - Tips and Deals
We only use the hammer drills at work. Just turn the hammer function off and you are good to go. Absolutely no need in a home setting for a seperate drill just to save a few pounds. This is our go to: Small enough and light enough to use for long periods of time and still packs a punch and can put holes through block walls with ease.by C(-)ris - Tips and Deals

Typically the network adapter wouldn't show up if it was being blocked. Seems more like a network or configuration issue at first glance. You can go to System Preferences and then search for profiles and click on that. You will see a list of all the institutionally installed configuration profiles which could be adding or blocking functionality. You can double click on them and it will telby C(-)ris - Tips and Deals
QuotepRICE cUBE You snooze you loose. The state didn't do anything wrong and he should know what the expiration date is. Not so sure about that. The vehicle and the plate were both registered to him according to the article. The state law states they expire on the owners birthdate. The state law would trump whatever is on the renewal notice, which an incorrect date would be considered aby C(-)ris - Tips and Deals
Interesting. I can't imagine it is efficient at all with the vehicle in motion. It would be interesting to see this adapted for street parking instead. Park over a spot with a coil and your car will charge. Integrate it with parking meters in big cities or put them in delivery vehicle parking stalls.by C(-)ris - Tips and Deals
Quoteztirffritz The Chevy Bolt, or the slightly larger Bolt EUV is actually a great option in your use case. It's very inexpensive. GM worked out most, if not all, of the bugs over the 10 years they made the Volt, it's hybrid cousin. Depending on which state you live in, you might be able to get one for at or even below $20k new if you include federal and state credits. The downside is that Gby C(-)ris - Tips and Deals

You gotta wonder why nobody’s buying the lightning enforce cutting production on them. And Chevy and Tesla won't add their fluff? The entire EV market is slowing. Poor design. Other automakers figured it out a long time ago, Tesla just doesn't have the experience yet to know about and perfect these small nuanced issues. Either that or they just don't care and replacing the filter every 3 months is a good enough solution for them.by C(-)ris - Tips and Deals
Quotegadje Sure, but you need to buy the oil, store the used oil, drive back to the store to dispose of it, clean up, etc. I am not saying you should not do it, I just personally decided I can invest my energy in other things and let other people get dirty for me. It took me until I was 40 to stop doing my own oil changes. Still do the ones in the Firebird, but the rest of the cars go to aby C(-)ris - Tips and Deals
Quotegabester Yeah a combo unit might actually be nice in our household. Things frequently go like this: Family member 1 declares they're going to do a load of wash. Family member 2 declares they also need to do a load of wash. Family member 3 declares the same but can wait. Family member 2 starts said load. Family member 1 complains because they had dibs. Quotejdc Quotesekker There are models in Europe. They all tend to have some compromise when we use them. Seems like the cost of making a nice one does not justify the overall expense. actually watching the video, turns out that GE is far far more efficient than a standard unit... he talks numbers about halfway in. Quotegabester Quotemattkime I'm sure it will be entertaining. For some unlucky people it's going to be downright tragic. I just hope it's no one that anyone here has any personal connection with. I'm sure everyone here knows someone who was killed by a normal driver in a car accident. Wouldn't it be a positive if the FSD reduces the amount of fatalities? The only way for Wallet to present is by double tapping the lock button which brings up all your cards with the default one presenting to the reader. You must have done that and had the OMNY card as the top/default card as that is the only way to get the phone to present a card to be read.by C(-)ris - Tips and Deals

This isn't exclusively an Amazon problem. This is a problem with most independent contractor last mile delivery. DoorDash, Amazon, UberEats, etc. The people who are good and reliable all have jobs at UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc. What is left is mostly those who couldn't cut it at the top tier places, and a few people who are using it as supplemental income.
