I'd build it with the plan of building additions in the future. Make it a possibility, even if you think you won't ever need the extra space. You can build your own house if you can build a boat!

I still have mine. It has some sort of problem that keeps it from completing the boot up. Probably needs a new logic board. In really good shape otherwise.

My mother and my mother-in-law both lived in assisted living facilities that were wonderful. They were about celebrating what was still possible for the residents. My mom's place also had independent living, and I think that's a good combo. They were quite happy there.

I have to pour a bit of Seafoam into the carb. on a small engine tiller I have. Runs fine once I get it going, but it refuses to start without the Seafoam.

Bichons are a very good choice for a family who has allergies if that is applicable.

You will find some good information here. We've had three bichons, and we love them. You will want a slicker brush and a steel comb. They do require some grooming. As others have said, feed a high quality food. Bichons are prone to runny eyes and skin problems. If you feed good food, these problems are not a big problem. We feed Natural Balance duck and potato, and our dog has thrived

Your leak could be around your rear window too. I would think that a drain hole would be a great place for rust to start, and could result in early loss of your trunk floor.

You might want to look at a pyramidal, compact, European hornbeam. I have two, and they stay really narrow for the height they reach. The Italian Cypress is also a good suggestion.

I have both, and I almost never use the Magic Trackpad. I love the gestures and scrolling on the Magic Mouse, but I'm stumped as to the reason it has sharp edges. Seems that rounded edges would have been so much more comfortable.

By the way, I LOVE my Adopted leather covered iPhone 5 case. I had a rubber one from a kiosk that just attracted dirt. Feels like a completely different phone. Very nice.
