Pine is probably one of the most unstable woods to use. It can warp, cup or, twist as yours has. Wood is wood, changes with humidity levels. You must seal ALL 6 sides to reduce but it won't eliminate it completely. Sealing ends is important. Think of the grain as a straw sucking in moisture from each end. New hardware won't help the fact that it runs it's own OS. At least Google and Apple have Apps. (programs) That's the problem with Surface RT. Surface Pro is by far more versatile. Still over priced in my opinion but at least you can run Windows programs. Can buy an Air about same money or a decent Windows laptop cheaper. That's why the RT won't make it.

Surface Pro = Windows software will run on it. Windows phone = Windows Phone OS will only run on it (i.e. like iOS does on iPhones) Not Google Android. Surface RT only runs software designed for it. None of the above. A reduced version of office and not enough other software for an under powered device. Looks and smells like a soon to be discontinued piece of cheap unsupported hardware.

Yes, and they can implant a telescope in someone's eye now. My mother just had it done a couple of weeks ago. Went from almost blind to reading letters on trucks in first week. Needs to learn how to focus for better vision. Now I can't get away with much any more now that I'm in my sixties.

Try taking car to have them put on the front. Most if not all dealers will refuse. Must place the new ones on back. Doesn't mean you can't change them after, but expect them to be mounted on rear of car and older ones moved to front.

Not verizon, but been having same trouble with AT&T. Started New Years eve around 10 PM. No service then slow then no service. Had to go back and clear all histories from iPhone, iPad and 2 Macs. Still not quite back to normal but better. North East Ohio

Sad thing I see about this post is too many are more interested about it being a paid day off or not. Schools have long since been teaching to tests scores and stopped teaching the meaning behind the none religious holidays. Just wonder how many presidents a current high SKOOL student can name, or spell.

Jamie, political and charity calls are exempt. A necessary evil, maybe. I always wonder if the ones who complain the most actually vote or even know who represents them. To me, it is a minor issue. At least it lets some people know there is even an election. It bothers me more the number of people who don't vote.

20 amp fuse or breaker need 12 gauge wire. 15 amp fuse or breaker can use 14 gauge wire. Sounds like Microman might just be running a single wire down for grounding only. 14 gauge wire in box already is a good possibility since he has lathe and plaster. Check the amps for that circuit at panel. Still verify the gauge wire in at outlet and make sure the proper size fuse or breaker is being used.
