The IBM PC command-line interface was a mystery to me. The Mac SE with its graphical interface in 1987 was a revelation: I could see the drives and folders! I have an early 2015 11.6" MBAir, with 8GB/256GB. Running Monterey (12.7.6); that's the latest it will run. I use it for my travel computer (weighs only 2lb) and for recording radio shows. I'm finding the screen too small these days, so I'm thinking of upgrading to a more recent Air or Pro.by mrlynn - Tips and Deals

Nothing like that here. I do have two little sensory gizmos that sit on the floor and will emit a loud noise if they detect water. My LaCrosse analogue wall clock takes its time getting back on track after a Daylight Savings time change (up or down). Sometimes it will reset itself, then go back to the old time, and not reset for 24 hours. It has similar quirks after I have to change batteries. I have what was a trusty old HP 4000 N b&w laser printer. A couple years ago a toner cartridge let loose inside and dumped toner around. I tried cleaning it out, even with a vacuum, but ever since it won't run—keeps giving me a '13.20 Paper Jam' error, telling me to open and close back and top doors. There is no jam that I can find.
