Quotemacphanatic Have you had dye put in the current system for leak detection? If so, at a minimum, the line set would need to be replaced or you'd have no warranty on the compressor. How old is your current system? The new refrigerants operate at different pressures. It's doubtful that the rest of the components are compatible with the newer refrigerants.
