I was little surprised to hear the President's strong comments today during his press conference. You wouldn't expect to hear a President to give that type of opinion about a pending case, on the other hand you also don't expect to hear justices spout Tea Party talking points as they did during opening arguments. So he must figure what the heck.

I noticed that Jon Hamm was the director of last night's episode. I thought the pace was painfully slow, both hubbie and I thought it was one of the more boring episodes of this show, and badly written. Loved the first 4 seasons but if the next episode isn't better I probably won't watch it again.

No fake rain in last night's episode, just they got the message that that wasn't doing much for the show. The perspective for me that keeps this show interesting is that it's only 14 days into the plot. Still no idea who killed Rosie or why. Seems more sinister than a mob plot to hold onto a real estate deal, murder a teenager over that? That'll be a disappointing plot twist.

Our kids loved April 1 and we parents did too. It's a great opportunity to show that harmless pranks are fun, and to understand the difference between that and the other stuff, say of the youtube/facebook mean and stupid variety. (which fortunately was not around when they were younger) I can't stand the stuff that makes children cry or that humiliates adults, that is not the point.
