No one is telling him anything cause we still don’t know is budget or use. I’d hope any car that has 15k has no issues. Despite the stereotypical thought— Bmws are very reliable. Some more than others. Just like any make/model. And yes, my father owns a handful of repair shops in So Cal … he was a die hard Chevy guy until he bought his first Honda. ;)

I get it, trying to justify it the same way. I already have 3 2 TB sticks... so one more + case = cheap!!! So the math is 3 4tb @ $225-250 + OWC case = $1000 If you have scratch, sure. I’d just go ahead and get 4 sticks…, since everyone is predicting SSD prices going way up. I commented a few days ago how my 2tb crucial P3 is now up $25 from when I bought it a couple of weeks ago… so $100 more for 4. Still maybe overkill for storage? Base M2 has been $500 off and on... mostly on... since day 1. $676 is $3 cheaper than a refurb, so not $100 cheaper than buying from apple. Refrubs, like this deal, come and go. Refurb 16/512 is $879.
