We had been wanting a dutch oven but not wanting to pay LeCrueset or Lodge prices. We found this set at Costco, a large and medium set, at Costco. Originally $69, reduced to $50 when we bought it. They are great and the smaller one is perfect for cooking for two.

The verdict is in...I think the spatchcocked thing works better on the outdoor griddle. When we do chicken, I preheat a cast iron skillet on the griddle while it is warming. That is actually a slick deal. I have yet to feel the need for the Pro version, even on an airplane. I use mine almost daily and I am always amazed how they just work. I rarely need to charge, so the plug in charging is no big deal.
