Please help me identify this weed - 8 years ago

Hi All, My yard has a lot of this weed growing in it and this year i'd like to finally get rid of it. it grows in patches and always comes right back after i pull it out. I don't want to kill any of the grass where it grows, so i want to make sure i get the right chemical to kill it and not the grass. Pic1 Pic2 Pic3 Pic4 But I'm not sure what its officially called...Any idea ? Someone

Is there a way to print Gawker/Lifehacker/Gizmodo posts ? - 13 years ago

I've always printed up their posts to read when i had the time. With the new layout, the complete posts will not print out, only the first page will. Does anyone know a way around this ?

This is true, but I will never get full value for my car if I sell/trade it in. It will now be considered in "fair condition" no matter how good the car looks after the body work is completed. The difference is being in the "good condition" category will get me approx. $1000 more.

Yes, the .DMG file on my desktop and when I open it, it mounts the disk image and then i can access the files normally. No request for a password.

Success! Booted off of the Install CD and repaired permissions and now it boots normally. Thank you so much everyone (especially you Donkey Hotay) and I hope this helps anyone else who has this problem!

when i type exit, the display goes blue and i get the spinning gear as if it's booting in to the GUI normally, but then after a few seconds it goes right back to the black display and command prompt. I will try to boot off of the install CD and try repairing the volume. Thanks for the ideas, any more ?

I've tried booting off the OS X install CD, I can do that. Startup drive is set correctly to the only HD. If I hold down shift while starting up, it still does the same thing. There is nothing physically holding down the CMD-S and/or V keys... Any other ideas ?

Hi all, I don't know what I did wrong, but when I start up my MacBook Pro now, it doesn't boot up OS X's GUI, it goes right to a black screen that says Darwin/BSD and asks for my login and password. Now I'm thinking I'll probably stick with Pioneer. I guess it's gonna be the 111D. I dont need Lightscribe, its cool but I dont like the amount of time it takes to create the image on the disc.

I think it's time to upgrade my Pioneer 108 DVD burner. Served me well for a few years but I think it's time to move up. I'm inclined to get another Pioneer.
