I refuse to have it on my phone. Prefer to keep these things separate, in case something happens with phone. Waiting for the half price OMNY card to be sent as promised by the MTA. Will stick with my current card until then.

I don't mind the exit check as much as I mind some of the local supermarkets trying to get me to leave any other bags I have with a check-in desk as I enter. Refuse to do it. They are welcome to check me as I leave.

My medicare agent explained to me that with Original, the government is connected to supply coverage. With Advantage, the government is not connected anymore, and gives a supplement to the insurance companies to make up for it. If you do not have issues that use all the supplement, the insurance company gets to pocket what's left. They REALLY want you to do the Advantage plans for that reason.

Celebrated the Other's b-day. Starting to pack up the Pumpkin Collection for The Apt Painting (first time in 23 years of being here). Waited until after The Day. Luckily, the super agreed to do it in sections, so one of 3 sections a month or so. First is hallway, kitchen, bath. Then bedroom, last living room. Thanks for responses. It has just had coats of Rustoleum white on it from before. I had been looking into high heat paint. An auto place I called said he really doesn't advise using that type of paint indoors, anyway, due to chemicals, etc., compared to interior use paint. Also many high heat paints need to be "high heat cured" as a final step, which not possible in this situation (

We're in a pre-war apt, built in 1930, with steam heat. Finally painting the place and thinking of painting the riser in the bathroom black. The room has all the original fixtures with the typical colored tile/ black tile trim, and white wall above. Is there any technical reason why this would not be a good idea? To keep my plan's features intact my rate would have more then doubled, from $60 to $170 to keep most of my current features. Now looking to switch out. Been a LONG time t-mobile user. I am on the 55+ plan from the beginning, so only paying $60 for 2 lines. I'll have to check my actual usage, but looking at Mint and Tello. I think people here like Mint. I'll search previous threads, but happy for current recs..

It amazes me just how much money Spectrum spends on soliciting mail. I switched to Fios and I must get 1-2 pieces in my mailbox every 2 weeks. That has to cost them. A huge waste of funds.
