Thanks everyone, I really appreciate the encouraging words! I'm feeling pretty good today. Body is still getting used to this collar mess, back and neck is pretty sore. They put me on a 5 lb. weight lifting limit due to the bone issue, normally it's 10 lbs. for 6 to 8 weeks. That's going to take some getting used to. I get a wound inspection on the 11th and a x-ray and full post op. checkout

I’m home but had to stay a day longer than was supposed to took a slight bad turn yesterday of lightheadedness, dizziness and blood oxygen was a tad low, they were afraid of possible blood clot but I'm feeling fine today. There’s good and bad news, good news is one disc, C4-C5 disc, was in too good of shape to remove even though the MRI showed it to be bad, but he said the other two discs

I had no issues with going with bifocals. My first pair of non-readers were bifocals. I went with progressive the no line ones. My biggest problem is backing up anything with them, everything seems to be feet in distance off.

As I said in the other topic: Now they need to put a USB-C charger in with the new iPhones because most people do not have one. My 2020 SE did not have one with it when I got it last year so the USB-C to Lightning cable is still in the box. I have a M1 MacBook Pro now so I guess I need to dig that cable out.

This was my B-12 level last Dec. I was taken off my vitamins over a week ago for my upcoming surgery and I can already notice a lack of energy. Also no NSAID's and my joints are feeling it. Vitamin B-12: 332 pg/mL Normal levels: 232 - 1,245 pg/mL
