Are you looking for ease of use, low price, or both? Freeway is a very good WYSIWYG program, but its output to html is not always stardard. Freeway Express is less expensive, and does most of the heavy lifting that Freeway does. For true drag and drop convenience that mimics a word processor page, Freeway is the best out there.
