They vote and if it's a tie the VP, Kamala Harris, will decide. Anyone is better than McConnell but then almost anyone else is probably better than Schumer.

1) He lied on this -- it was verified that he did NOT immediately call the National Guard, they pleaded with him to, but he wouldn't. Reportedly, it was Pence, Pelosi, Schumer, McConnell, and Hoyer who contacted the DoD. Look forward to the day when a lie uttered by POTUS is once again a true scandal and no longer considered routine.
