As you know, high efficiency filters require a strong air flow, which is not provided by the run of the mill fan motors in the average central air system. But you can make your own filter unit fairly easily.

How much clearance is there under the seat tail/above the fender? Maybe attach a plate directly to the fender (bolts hidden under the seat tail), or attach the plate directly to the underside of the seat tail.

I had a similar problem last year with my bank's webpage. For some reason, turning off my web blocker (pop-up blocker, ad-blocker) fixed the problem. Opening the webpage in an "Incognito" window (Private Browsing?) also worked.

My slip-joint pliers have a mechanism like the upper one. One annoying feature is that during readjusting my grip, like to change the angle, the loosened jaws can easily slip into another fulcrum position and thus the closing angle changes, oftentimes no longer closing tightly on the work piece. It looks like the bottom pliers lock into a fulcrum position and has finer control over opening angles

The flapper may be stuck in the open position (too forceful pump, initial water blast forcing the valve into a narrow pipe?), or as you surmise, debris preventing the flapper from closing. Find me a Waste Water Treatment Plant in the US that does NOT show a positive Covid test in their raw influent. This type of testing was relevant in the Spring, but now the virus is everywhere. And should be detected everywhere by any competent test facility.

I haven't collected stamps since I was a kid in the early '60s. But I inherited my grandfather's US collection which includes 15-20 stamps minted 1860-1900. Not sure if they still have any value.
