I have moved to one of the Canon Megatank printers and been very pleased with the results. Have had it for about 14 months now, maybe had to clean heads once. Nice to have bulk-loading ink and not have to deal with stupid cartridges any longer. I have the G7020.

Yeah, I see the same crappy WalMart tools listed over and over again with a bunch of keywording for big brands such as DeWalt, Makita and Milwaukie. Nobody wants your crappy tools or they would just go to the store and buy them new. I know of one listing that has been running on my local CL for over a year now.

Funny that you would post this as I just finished an install in my living room last night. We used the Smartcore Ultra (Lexington Oak Color)from Lowes. Link Extremely happy with the install. was easy to lay down. Slight chamfered edge and textured pattern give it a really good wood look. Will probably do some more rooms when I can afford it.

I am still running my mid-2012 MBP 2.6 i7 high-res matte screen (non-retina). Upgraded to 16GB of RAM and a 2TB SSD. It is still very capable for everything that I do (Adobe CC apps, and some light video work) Probably won't upgrade until it dies. Looks like they are still going for $500-$800 on eBay.

The one that I am typing this on right now... The 2012 15" unibody MacBook Pro with the "high-rez" matte screen. Quad core i7, upgraded to 16gb of RAM and a 2TB ssd. Runs Mojave, no problem at all. Anything similar in today's lineup would be somewhere in the $4K range Second for me would be the blue & white G3 tower. At the time, a pretty revolutionary machine and super easy

Weekdays, once a week as the nearest restaurants to my workplace are five miles away. Just make it my Friday treat. Weekends, extremely variable depending on the activities/mood of the rest of the household.

Bought my very first Macintosh from Costco back in 1995. Performa 6118CD with a 15" monitor. Actually used it for quite a few years with a G3 upgrade card and the better video card.

I have been using the Public Betas since they were released earlier in the summer. Absolutely no problems at all. Very stable and much better on older hardware. Have it running on iPhones (5s & 6s and SE) as well as iPads (Air & Pro 9.7) I would not hesitate at all to update.

I have been very happy with my Logitech cases. Used on both 12.9" and 9.7" devices. Keyboard feels really good to type on and its power/data comes in via the smart connector (no charging or bluetooth to hassle with). It is also backlit. Logitech Create Keyboard on Amazon

Yeah, why bother with the 72dpi resolution. 2000x2000 pixels is 2000x2000 pixels at any dpi.

The original power supplies on these SUCK anyway. Much cheaper to hack on a low voltage transformer. Not very elegant, but extremely reliable. Have been running mine this way for four years now. Followed instructions on a page like this. Super easy and cheap. Cinema Display Power Hack

I have been an AT&T>Cingular>AT&T customer since 1995 and have recently been considering leaving them. Very tempted by the 4 lines for $100 deal that Cricket has. The increases in the grandfathered plan really suck and now this additional charge. Why do cell phone plans have to such a PITA?
