Yes, I had this EXACT problem on my wife's iPad last week. Tried everything (sign out, sign in, delete conversations, etc., etc). The only thing that finally fixed it was to restore to factory condition and set up as a NEW device. Restoring from a backup did NOT work as the problem reoccurred. I ran across this just last week and this is what fixed it for me... Go to Library>Internet Plug-Ins Delete the files with fbplugin in the name (i.e. fbplugin_1_0_1.plugin, etc.) Launch Google Earthby kahuna1342 - Tips and Deals

Luckily the Portland area has a pretty good network of Goodwill stores. I have been known to hit 6-7 of them in an afternoon. This time of year is really great as they stock stuff from Target that has been returned and/or salvaged. Saw a 70" Vizio in there last week for $750. Picked up my JBL Pulse for $70 last spring. Swung into the Goodwill store yesterday after being at an antiques show all day. Lo and behold on the shelf was something I hadn't seen in a while... iPod Hi-Fi. They only wanted $20 for it, so now it lives in my house. Excellent sound, controls are a little bit lame for the remote. Just ordered two of the supported AirPort/Bluetooth (BCM94331PCIEBT4CAX) cards off of ebay. Will be attempting this on a mid-2010 15" MB Pro and a mid-2009 15" MB Pro. I will report back on functionality after trying it. Going to be a couple of weeks as the parts are coming from China.
