Well I am back at work today after spending a glorious week in San Fran! You guys are seriously bumming me out that I couldn't stay another week to go to MWSF. Perhaps next year I'll go and spend a few days staying with my brother in Sausalito and hit the show!!!

Working till 8:00 P.M. tonight to get that one last planeload of packages off for X-mas! Then I'm off for the next two weeks for vacation which will include a 4-5 day trip up to San Francisco with the kids. So what that means is, that I will be spending the day today preparing a list of work (and making sure that all the necesary parts/supplies/equipment are here) for my vacation coverage

Here are some pics I snapped of the surf (really quickly) this morning (7:30 ish) on the South Side of Seal Beach before grabbing my board and hitting the water. The swell was building all morning long and by 10:30 A.M. there were waves breaking out underneath oil island Ester that is in some of these shots. The 5006 lists a Firewire connection as well which makes it perfect for me! I can use this to copy all the old VHS tapes over to DVD and use it to dupe my store bought DVD's from my Philips player as well as burn data DVDs from the computers!!!. Note the Rebate Form lists a limit of 5 per family!

Personally I hate glass as a material for a desktop. It's cold, noisy and you have to constantly be cleaning the dust off of it or it looks dirty!

In my experience witht the Fusion paint you will not need a clearcoat, it is VERY glossy and keeps its shine quite well. Prep well and sand lightly sanding in between coats will net you an awsome BlackBerry Book! You should also let the paint cure for 5 - 7 days to completely harden before you re assemble.
