I'm not sure I trust Kia, know too many people who got burned by their engines seizing up and Kia refused to fix them despite the recalls and lawsuits. There is 10 years worth of Kia vehicles that are all ticking time bombs and they won't stand behind them.

Short stop and go trips are worse than highway mileage for brake bads. They could easily be bad at 11k miles if you are all stop and go and hard on the brakes. Also easy enough to look at them and see as others have said.

Depends. When I am at home or mobile I magsafe. If I am at my desk with docking station I USB-C. If they made a good Magsafe Thunderbolt cable that supported 2 4k displays I'd use it in a heartbeat.

You can do this with most MDMs: I'm not sure if there are any free MDMs available with this functionality, but I believe MDM is the only way to get it done.

I would check and see if there are any firmware updates for it. Run those and if you still have issues, do a factory reset. If it still acts up after that contact their support and see if they have any diagnostics or any other ideas. Most likely though, the wifi module inside it is slowly dying.

They are using 2 digit years somewhere in the process and probably started using a manual cut-off fix for y2k to identify which years are going to start with 20 vs 19. I highly doubt it is worth fixing correctly or even possible to fix at this point unless they switch to a modern system.

It is a SUPER low mileage lease, 30k miles TOTAL. If you want an EV for fun and don't drive much this lease might be nice, but you aren't going to save any money in that few miles.

Yea, even the thousand dollar Axis cameras glitch out and have to be restarted or factory reset occasionally. We have over 400 cameras in our facilities and I don't think I've ever had more than a week when there wasn't at least one down.

$75 here in WI. The excise tax for transportation is .309 per gallon of gas. 7500 miles per year is the break even if you figure 30mpg is the average. I'm going to hit 40k miles this year so I should be fine.
