bulbs I used are direct replacement bulbs. It still uses the ballast. I did another fixture today with bulbs that bypass the ballast. It is showing 34 watts usage to run both bulbs.

I replaced 2 florescent tubes in a fixture that were 40 watts each with 2 17 watt led tubes. these still use the ballast. my Sense energy monitor and Kass Smart plugs show 61 watts load. Is the other 25 watts being used by the ballast?

Weather Station - 2 years ago

Any recommendations for a weather station? Mainly want wind and temp. Question about rain sensors. we have many fir and cedar trees and a few maples will that clog up the rain sensor? I plan on mounting it high on our hour and would not have regular access to it

have they got wifi working well on the new anova? i have the earlier version and connecting to wif totally sucked they wanted me to change the password on my wifi network because the anova could not take a - symbol. otherwise it works great

yes it is literally a pain in the butt. do not avoid having one done. It may save your life. I just had my third in a year due to them being unable to see all the way to the end of the colon on the second one. Now I will be on a 9 month schedule for awhile I have the prep down like clock work

our 2014 Audi has soy based wiring. Mice did some chewing. Audi refused to repair as a warranty item. Used the Honda tape to repair. It is expensive. We now use moth balls. the key is to not get the moth balls near the heater air intake.
