Unions, unions, unions. It is impossible to run a company that makes good products or good profits when you have a union. There are a million reasons, including that the workers think they work for the UAW, not Ford, so motivation is non-existant. Add in seniority rules so Ford has to fire the most productive younger workers and keep the old lazy-bones when they do a lay-off. Your privacy or your life. Choose one. I'm glad they were arrested overseas. If the terrorists were here, the democrrats would be demanding they be turned over to the ACLU. And I am glad it was foreign intelligence who did the work. The real issue will eventually emerge - the burden of proof falls on the employer in a disciplinary action - although it appears he has only received a warning letter. The employer will have to demonstrate that the signs are harassing, discriminatory, etc. and rise to "reprehensible" behavior on his part.
