My own preference is for the Braun series 7. If you know Norelco works for your beard, though, it might be worth sticking with that. As cbelt3 said, YMMV - Norelco does nothing for me but massage my face and occasionally pluck out a whisker by accident.

In this past week, I watched his commentaries on the Thin Man series and a number of Bob Hope films. His commentaries really did add to the enjoyment of the films. I hadn't thought of him since taping these movies about 17 years ago.

Amazon sells 25 sheets of 8.5"X11" German paper for $36.45+$6 shipping. 300 pages = $437.40 + $72 shipping = $509.40. Looking at it this way, the book is a heck of a bargain. I wonder if they'll print an American paper version. That should reduce the cost down to about two bucks.

I wanted one of those in college! I used to print my papers from the original ImageWriter in the chemistry lab, since my college's computer lab was infested with ImageWriter II printers that, in my experience, misfed the paper much more often.

He realized that his claim that he's signed the most executive orders at four weeks than any other president in history was wrong (Obama signed more), so he's signing anything and everything he can in order to make the 2 month record. Glad he has his priorities straight. Bully for him!

In upstate NY, most of the vehicles I saw sitting in a snowy ditch were SUV's. Over-confidence of the drivers and high momentum seemed to play a role. I'm with ka jowct on this; do both. Live with them both for a bit, and choose which one you prefer based on experience. With my late 2008 MacBook Pro, I ended up booting into El Capitan more often, due to software compatibility issues with Mavericks.

Taking the long-term perspective, price are more reasonable today: I spent $2000 in 1986 for a Mac Plus (per inflationcalculator.com, the equivalent of $4,379.69 in 2017 money). $2500 got me a MacBook Pro 5,1 in late 2008 (the equivalent of $2,786.85 in today's money). Used is the way to go, though: 2005, I bought a $10,000 IIfx ($18,363.20 in 2017 money) for $5 plus $20 shipping.
