Read the link in the first post, folks, or Google "iPod class action suit", and you can find out if you can put in a claim or not.
It's not a rebate, it's a class action settlement. They need time to figure out how much money the lawyers are going to get and then they will start thinking about the claims. LOL.

Neil Diamond is an example of how convenient the iTunes store is. There are probably a couple of his songs that I wouldn't mind having, but I would never have bought an entire CD just to get them. I love being able to buy individual songs in a case like that!

Okay, I feel like starting the "Oh, no, AAPL is going down the toilet!" post for today.
Oh, no, AAPL is going down the toilet!
It does seem to be heading into a real downward momentum, as opposed to the temporary hitch in its gitalong that I was thinking it was.

It's one of those shows that people love to deride, but it is pretty easy to get sucked in if you watch more than one episode. I've never watched reality shows but I did get pulled into Idol a couple of seasons ago so I make a point to stay clear of it. But only because twice/three times every week is too much time to spend on any TV show. Frankly, it's nice to have a program where people are try

People just like to feel that Oprah is getting knocked off her perch. I personally don't get it, but it seems to make folks feel happy if they think extremely rich and famous people are in trouble of any sort. This story actually involves TWO people hopefully "getting theirs" so it is all the more gratifying.

I don't see what the man's personal life has to do with his ability to run a foundation. There are probably people with stranger tastes than that running some foundations. It's not like he said he wanted a child to spank his butt.
His problem is he talks too much. His PR people need to give him some training sessions. LOL, that sounds suggestive in this context, doesn't it?

I guess if you want to devote a lot of time to this, you can start with a phone call to a number that you know isn't the right one, and start fighting your way over to somebody who can help you. I tend to get ticked off enough to go ahead and spend that kind of time on something. It depends if it is worth it to you or not.
I've had two occasions where I spent well over an hour on the phone bei

Since Randalls hasn't returned with a follow-up, I am going to speculate that this may simply have been some confusion on somebody's part between the A410 and the A610, as opposed to any deliberate fraud by Butterfly Photo.

I hate stepping into this snake pit, but I do believe that Marcos based his "tracing" statement on a comment, made on another thread by someone else, about certain IPs matching the email that Marcos posted in that other thread. I don't believe Marcos meant that any literal "tracing" had been done, let alone by Marcos himself.

Not to sound rude, but Butterfly Photo does not offer the Canon A610 for $135 on their web site, was this a refurbished camera or something? Because otherwise I think you may have misheard the price? If you look at their web site, the price on the invoice sounds about right.

I kind of wish I had never clicked on this link. But since I did and I will not be able to forget having seen it...I would guess that if this was something medical that she certainly could afford to have it checked out. The fact that she evidently isn't wearing anything like a pad to stanch the flow --whatever it may be -- makes me think she either doesn't care if we see it or even wants us to se

I think this so very much depends on the individuals who are operating each particular store. I feel like I am perfectly capable of figuring out if the store I shop in is dirty or not. Things like temperature variations might be a little tough for me to get a handle on, but overall I think it is unnecessary for me to use a survey to decide if a store that Dateline has never been in is okay to sho

The great thing about the Ignore button is if, in any given thread, you wish you could see what the person is saying, you can show each individual post by clicking on it. So if the responses in a thread make you wish you could see what the person you are ignoring is saying, you can click on those posts and read them without taking them off Ignore. It's a very nice feature for a forum.

If the people you mention, Guitarman, are so disruptive, then everyone will eventually have used the Ignore button and they will be talking to no one but themselves. So it's not really a problem for those of us who have learned how to click on "Ignore". I suggest you give it a try.
