I was a loud voice in my disappointment about Gitmo still being around. Even as recent as a couple of weeks ago. Just read even more recently about the whole thing and it was noted how Obama really was trying to shut it down, but some within his own party said "no thanks". Be it because they were concerned about the prisoners being held in facilities in their area/cities/states, suggestions of additional national security related issues, financial reasons or just it leading to show trials, etc., there were reasons (not saying I agree with them) that even the Dems were not supporting Obama on this. I'm still disappointed, but it's directed more at others now and less with Obama.

I'm in agreement with previously mentioned letting the bankers skate, continually trying to play nice with The GOP when it was obvious they have no desire to play at all. The healthcare thing could have been handled better (see previous sentence).

Someone else here is mad because Obama extended Secret Service protection to himself for life.

"To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public."

Obama has been subject to much valid criticism from his own supporters.
