One more reason that I hate apple as much as MS anymore...

OK Some reasoning...

Use this as a test for any action, if what you are about to do limits possibilities for the sole purpose of limiting possibilities then what you are doing is wrong.

So if they're requiring credit/debit for the purpose of hampering black-market profiteers, then it's not wrong.

I heard of a cash sale of something like 70 iPhones at one store. Are you really concerned about that guy's rights?

BTW, as for "all debts public and private," there's no problem there: if Apple won't sell you an iPhone, then there's no debt.
